Am I able to return/request a refund for a masterclass?
Yes you are! All masterclasses are eligible for a full refund/return within 15 calendar days of purchasing. Just email info@danceddiction.com with your name, the masterclass name, and the order #.
Where can I access my masterclasses purchases?
In order to view your masterclasses, you must have an account. When you make your first purchase it will prompt to create an account with your name/email. You can also create an account by clicking "My Masterclasses" in the top menu.
When purchasing any future masterclasses, we always recommend logging into your account first. This will automatically add any purchases to your account.
How can I view my masterclasses?
After purchasing, videos are stored under "My Masterclasses". When you login you can view your masterclasses at any time and have lifetime access. We currently do not offer digital downloads, you will need an active internet service to view your masterclasses.
Is there an app to view masterclasses?
We do not currently have an app to view masterclasses.
Can I submit a masterclass for sale?
Yes you can! We welcome new additions to our marketplace. Please go to our "Submit a Masterclass" page. We have an application/review process for those submitting masterclasses for the first time.
