Danceddiction was founded by Ross DiJulio, a passionate Urban Kiz instructor located in Phoenix, AZ. Ross and his partner Jahaira Vera run Saltandi Dance and co-teach with other Phoenix based instructors in Desert Kiz. After a few years of growing the local scene and teaching at festivals/weekenders, Ross noticed that there are limited passive streams for dance instructors to build their career. Danceddiction was born out of a desire to provide accessible in-depth information that Ross wish he had, as well as with the goal to create more sustainable business practices for instructors.
